  EMPHASIS Emphasis is the principle of art that helps the audience put the story of a painting together in their own minds. Any object or area of emphasis is called a focal point. ASSIGNMENT The Grids used here are  - THE GOLDEN SPIRAL STYLED BY ME THE GOLDEN GRID RULE OF THIRDS PYRAMIDAL COMPOSITION

  TESSELLATION A tessellation is created when a shape is repeated over and over again covering a plane without any gaps or overlaps . ASSIGNMENT Here I have used an envelope as my motif and hence further I have used hexagonal grid for the placement of my tesselation. This is my final tessellation

 BALANCE Here are the five elements that I have used to create my compositions .                         COMPOSITION- 1 This composition is a symmetrical composition . It is vertically balanced as the right and left side of the composition are exactly same .  COMPOSITION- 2 This composition is an asymmetrical composition . It is horizontally balanced . The weight on both the sides is exactly same. On the right top corner , I have added 3 boats by reducing their size which is equivalent to 1 large boat that is added on bottom left corner.
